PIERRE-JEAN GAUDEL

Founding and Managing Partner

Specialized in M&A and financial expertise, Pierre-Jean founded the firm in 2008. He is financial expert for the Paris and Versailles Administrative Court of Appeal. He is a qualified chartered accountant and lawyer. He directed the Post-Graduate Corporate Law Degree “Master 2 Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise” (DJCE) at the Law University of Nancy.

He is Vice-president of our professionnal association CNCEF France M&A, member of its Ethics and Quality commission and chairs its Sustainable Financing commission. He has worked on the creation of a body dedicated to impact investment. He co-leads a working group dedicated to the financing of impact companies within Finance for tomorrow, a body created under the aegis of Bercy and Paris Europlace. Since 2022, he has chaired the Academy of Sustainable Economy.

With Romain-Xavier, he coordinated the drafting of the guide to good practice in M&A operations; with Julie, he coordinated the drafting of the guide to impact investing.

ROMAIN-XAVIER TABOT

Director 

Native of Nantes, Romain-Xavier has an engineering degree from the Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers (ICAM) and a Master 2 in Corporate finance from Audencia. Romain-Xavier has been managing the teams involved in the fundraising and external growth of our clients since he has joined Colibri Advisory in 2015.

With Pierre-Jean, he coordinated the drafting of the guide to good practice in M&A operations published by our professional association (CNCEF France M&A).

JULIE LAURE

Julie, who was born and raised in Paris, has a degree in Corporate finance from IESEG School of Management. After her carrier in private equity at Kibo Capital Partners in Mauritius, she decided to work in M&A. Julie joined Colibri Advisory in 2018 and she works now as a Manager leading client’s operation through both fundraising and external growth.

With Pierre-Jean, she coordinated the drafting of the guide to impact investing published by our professional association (CNCEF France M&A).

PIERRE REGIMBAUD

Project manager

Native from Saumur, Pierre has a degree in Corporate finance from IESEG School of Management. Quadrilingual, he started his career as a financial auditor within the international firm Rödl & Partner and joined Colibri Advisory in 2019. Today, Pierre is project manager, mainly on fundraising operations. He also manages the observatory on the valuation of impact startups set up by our firm.

They work with several colleagues, trainees or employees, graduates of universities, business schools or engineering schools, who have in common the mastery of foreign languages, a good financial culture and above all the sharing of the firm's values, at the service of impact companies.
